The lovingly restored villa is located just about 9 km from Magliano in Tuscany. Embedded harmoniously in the vast hilly landscape of the Maremma, it offers a wonderfully wide view of the surrounding natural landscape. The 12 hectare property with its 1,000 m² garden, a swimming pool (14 x 7 m) and a total of 8 bedrooms in the main house and the guest wing can accommodate up to 17 guests.
Ideal for a vacation with friends or the whole family with the highest privacy.

Magliano is about 9 km from the villa. A specific Tuscan village surrounded by a historical wall. Due to the high location, there are wonderful views of the Maremma landscape. In the center you can find several restaurants, as well as shopes for your daily needs and farmacies.
The Maremma, in the south of Tuscany, is known for the excellent water and beach quality, which is awarded annually top marks. Here, water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions for sailing, diving, snorkeling or surfing. In the hinterland you can explore the cultural treasures in places like Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Pitigliano or Sorano. In the terms of Sassetta, Saturnia or Venturina you can take a warm bath in the natural springs, especially in autumn and winter. All golfers among you will find nearby 4 places to tee off (Il Pelagone, Punta Ala, Saturnia, Argentario).
For day trips Siena (about 1.5 hours drive away), a boat trip to the islands of Giglio or Elba. Further south (about an hour’s drive away is the Maremma National Park, with several routes that can be explored independently).
For wine tastings, autumn is especially recommended as soon as the harvest has begun. Due to the high density of wineries, every day a new discover and experience.
The Maremma is thus a region with almost unlimited possibilities for athletes and connoisseurs with good taste.
