The entire upper floor with a total of 4 bedrooms is exclusively available to our guests. The pool can be shared with other guests and is located just below the villa. The city of Florence can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car and, if necessary, you can book the owner, who has a degree in art history, as your very own guide. Whether art, culture or gastronomic highlights, she knows the best places.

You can park in front of the villa. You reach the main entrance of the villa via the garden in front of the house, which offers several seating options and beautiful views of the surrounding area. Your hostess accompanies you to the rooms on the upper floor, which is accessed through the spacious living room.

In this wing of the building there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower / bathtub, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

On the opposite side there is an independent apartment with a bedroom with double bed, living room, bathroom with shower and its own kitchen.

The offer is aimed at families as well as a group of friends with up to 8 people who appreciate the proximity to Florence as much as the quiet location and the convenience of a garden with a pool.
