The story of Villaflair – fine homes

Villaflair was founded in 2016 by Patrick Temmel. He grow up in a small village of only 2.000 inhabitants in the former GDR (East Germany) as a son of a military officer. He and his family were not allowed to leave the country and his childhood dream was to become a truck driver to travel the world.

Well, he didn’t become a truck driver but as soon as he finished school he started traveling and working in tourism in different parts of the world. His curiosity helped to learn constantly and qualify to work on a horse farm in British Colombia, as a tourist guide on Fuerteventura, as a ski instructor and mountain guide in the Austrian alps, as well as a hotel consultant in Munich and hotel manager in Tuscany.

After all these different experiences and limits, he founded Villaflair – fine homes in Tuscany.
The name was born based on the desire to develop one word as a combination of two, that immediately creates an image in your head.

Villaflair for him describes the situation of a family and friends in a breathtaking location, tastefully designed property where people meet profoundly. He can hear lots of laughs, can see running and playing kids in the garden, kissing and hugging couples, people , enjoying local food and beverages and having a great time together they will remember for the rest of their lives.

Thanks to his business partner Simon he found the trust to expand the company in other countries since 2023 and will continue this rewarding and exciting adventure.

He is deeply grateful for all the people that support him on his mission.
