The villa is located very close to the exclusive private beach “Cala Piccola”, the use of which is already included in the offer. Due to its location in a very quiet area, the house spoils you with a wonderful view of the sea. In the south to the island of Gianutri and in the west to the island of Giglio. With its 5 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 11 guests, making it ideal if you are traveling with several generations or a group of friends.

From the parking lot on the property you can easily and quickly get to the main entrance of the house. The rooms are accessible via the upper floor, starting with the living area. The room-high window flanks ensure a particularly large amount of natural light and create a pleasant symbiosis between the outside and inside. The open fireplace ensures a pleasant cosiness. From here you get to the garden with a large lawn, a sun-protected lounge and an outdoor dining area.

On this level, the rooms are supplemented by a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, each with its own bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen impresses with a breakfast room in front of it on this floor.

Another 3 bedrooms are available on the ground floor. There is a separate bathroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, as well as two more, which are opposite each other. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The rooms share a bathroom with shower, centrally located and therefore ideal for a family with up to 2 children.
