The highlights at a glance

Due to the exposed location directly on via Panoramica, the villa spoils you with a wide view over the sea to the island of Giglio and, if the sky is clear, even as far as Corsica. On three levels there are 5 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom for a total of 12 guests, a library, large living area with open fireplace, spacious terraces, sun-protected lounge and dining areas outdoors, and a pool.

The living room with dining area, the kitchen and a bathroom are accessible via the main entrance. From here you get to the terrace on this level, which, with a south-westerly orientation, enjoys lots of sun and wonderful views of the sea. A sun-protected lounge and dining area are ideal for spending time outdoors.

One level down there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. A special highlight is the access to a large balcony with sea view.

The stairs lead to the third level, which has another 4 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. All have access to the terrace on the southwest side and thus breathtaking views of the sea.

The property has 2 covered and 3 additional car parking spaces for short distances and convenient parking near the villa.

Villa Piccio is ideal for families traveling with several generations, but also for groups of friends with up to 12 guests. The nearest beach is “Cala Moresca” and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

Porto Santo stefano

Porto Santo Stefano is the nearest town, about 3 km from the villa. Here you will find two supermarkets, a port from which the ferries regularly leave for Giglio (only 1 hour crossing) and stalls with fresh fish. Of course there are numerous good restaurants and bars with handmade ice cream.

Maremma

The Maremma is the southernmost part of Tuscany, located directly on the sea and known for its untouched natural landscape, the wide open spaces, the crystal clear sea and the clean beaches, paired with the world-famous wines and delicious local products.

Due to its location by the sea, the Maremma is an Eldorado for water sports enthusiasts. From sailing, kiting, surfing, diving and snorkeling, everyone will find their favorite.

Inland there are excursions to the towns of Pitigliano, Sorano, Montemerano or Suvereto. When the sun takes a break, a warm bath in the Saturnia springs is ideal.
