The approach to the villa already opens up spectacular views of the sea and leads you step by step into the green “macchia” of the Maremma, to your exclusive holiday destination in the middle of nature.
The character of the two-story house is characterized by a simple design, whereby the color scheme of the facade and the floor plan blend harmoniously into the surroundings.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room open to the kitchen and a kitchen with modern equipment. The interior is kept very bright and the many windows give the rooms a special openness. Architecture fans will have their hearts beating faster here, with the many small design details, such as the doors or the dining table. It is this attention to detail that gives the house its own special charm. The kitchen leads to the covered outdoor area with BBQ and dining table and a lounge corner – the ideal place for sociable evenings with family and friends.

On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people and provide access to the terrace. From here you can easily get to the swimming pool from which you can enjoy the outstanding view of Orbetello, Ansedonia and the hinterland of the Maremma.

The service includes a daily (short) cleaning of the house by the staff, who are available for additional services such as shopping or additional cleaning or a breakfast service.
