This authentic Tuscan villa was lovingly restored with all modern conveniences without losing the original charm of the house. It is located just about a 5 minute drive from Castiglione d’Orcia and just 10 minutes from Bagno Vignoni, in the middle of the quiet countryside of Tuscany. The Property expands on 3 levels and can accomodate with its 4 bedrooms up to 8 guests.

The ground floor welcomes you with an open kitchen area, living space with TV and open fire place, added by a doubble room with en suite bathroom with shower and access to the garden.

Downstairs is a childrens dream, huge playground for the kids and big window fronts for lots of natural light and access to the garden, especially pleasent during the summer months.

The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms, each of them with en suite bathroom, 2 oth them even with a bath tube. A terrace on that floor let you enjoy the stunning views of the Tuscan landscape.

On the north side of the house is a huge terrace available for al fresco dining and unforgettable evenings.

The highlight is the pool area – relax and take a sun bath or play with the kids – you choose. It is the perfect place to stay the whole day outside together with the family or friends.

Val d’Orcia

The Val d’Orcia is an open countryside in Tuscany with the typical rolling hills, in the province of Siena. Crossed by the river „Orcia“ in the center, which gives it its name, it is characterized by stunning landscape views and various centers of medieval origin, two of which are well known as Pienza and Montalcino. The termal baths at Bagno Vignione are famous across the Italian border and the gastronomy is rich of high quality food, like the chees of Pienza and wine, like the Brunello of Montalcino – a paradise on earth for gourmets.
