Located just a short drive from the famous thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni, you find this romantic and authentic former Tuscan farmhouse. The interior design bears the handwriting of the owner and has been published in several national and international interior and architecture magazines.

With its 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Leaving the main road, you follow a short country road to the villa. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The terracotta-colored main house expands over 2 levels.

On the first floor you will find a practical service bathroom, the dining area in front of an impressive open fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen and the access to the garden and pool area.

There are a total of 4 double bed rooms, with king size beds (180 x 200 -180 x 210 ), memory mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows and sheets (linen and cotton) of Tuscan production as well as 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All rooms are equipped with shower and air conditioning.

Room 1
Le Papere double bedroom + complete bathroom with large fan coil shower – cabinet for clothes – exposed coat hanger – small table with armchairs (ideal room for elderly people in the shower you can place a special shower chair which I provide, there are no differences in level interior )

Room 2 and 3
The Sweet Dreams double bedroom + bedroom with 2 single fan coil beds – complete bathroom with comfortable shower – wardrobe – chest a small corridor connects the bedrooms and the bathroom all equipped with a door and a further door closes the living area with access from the garden (area attached to the villa) leads to 2 bedrooms – desk – 2 armchairs

Room 4
Il Pizzo double bedroom + complete bathroom with blue chrome shower, stone sinks on oak counter – fan coil – wardrobe chest – exposed clothes hanger

Room 5
La Turquesa, double bedroom + complete bathroom with large shower – fan coil – wardrobe – on request this room can have two double beds instead of a double bed.

A living area with TV and library completes the spaces available on this floor.

An internal staircase (14 comfortable low steps) leads you to the upper floor which is divided as following:

1 Large living room, furnished with 1 sofa + 1 corner sofa with peninsula, 1 pellet fireplace, – Smart TV, -DVD-, PS4 with games for small -books, 1 overed terrace with table and 6 chairs.

Room 6
Dama Bianca double bed + complete bathroom with copper bathtub and hand shower, pellet stove and fan coil – cupboard – exposed clothes hanger.

Room 7
Barone Rosso double bed + bathroom with large shower without bidet – fan coil – clothes hanger – built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom floors all in aged oak, travertine bathrooms, Italian design taps. The showers are all very comfortable and with abundant water flow, each bathroom is equipped with a professional hairdryer, courtesy set, shower foam shampoo, natural soap with Tuscan essences, toilet paper is present in all bathrooms and complete with towels and bathrobe. Air conditioning and heating in every room of the villa: bedrooms, corridors, kitchen.

The fan coils are individually adjustable in each room. We have a visible clock if they want to check consumption. Heating: a circuit keeps the heated bathroom furniture at the set temperature while the fan coils regulate the temperature of the rooms. All rooms are sanitized with an ozone machine at each guest change, in addition to general cleaning with suitable products.

The pool 

The swimming pool is approximately 120 cubic meters, set in the garden with a curved infinity side.

Equipped with 5 large steps to enter the water, minimum depth 1.30 meters, maximum only in the center and 2.00 meters only on one side.

The swimming pool is equipped with night lighting as well as the entire surrounding area is totally fenced, equipped with sun beds and a large canopy, a shower, a large sandpit for children is present in the fenced area. A large sandbox is present for the delight of children. On Saturdays the staff checks and cleans the pool adequately, the robot always keeps it clean during the week, we use chlorine in minimal quantities.

The garden 

A 20,000 m2 fenced garden surrounds the villa offering relaxation areas, 1 wisteria pergola creates shade on the table for outdoor dinners or breakfasts very close to the kitchen. 1 lounge area facing the pool covered by a gazebo offers 3 comfortable sofas. In the garden there are comfortable seats and a round table to relax, read a book or for stimulating conversations with family and friends.

The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron located in the villa with first supply of detergents.

A short distance from the villa, our cottage equipped with a wood-burning oven for our pizza parties can be used by our guests as a further additional space dedicated to smart working. The restaurant in exclusive use for guests in the villa and during the stay.
