In the heart of the natural wonders of the Maremma National Park, the villa, an ancient Spanish tower built to protect the territory from the Saracen invasions, is now a perfect place to spend a dream vacation.

The tower dates back the 15th century and has been recently restored. It is surrounded by a large garden and has a direct access to the sea and a pebble beach located 500 meters from the villa.

Set on three levels on the ground floor has a living room with fireplace and balcony overlooking the sea, a terrace overlooking the coast, three double bedrooms, one
with en suite bathroom, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. From the garden, through a path, you access the cliffs below.

On the first floor there is a second living room and the access to the terrace overlooking the Tuscan archipelago of 290 square meters.

On the third floor we have a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and an additional single bed.

Maremma

The Maremma, in the south of Tuscany, is known for the excellent water and beach quality, which receives top marks every year. Here, water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions for sailing, diving, snorkeling or surfing. In the hinterland, you can explore the cultural treasures in places such as Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Pitigliano or Sorano. In the Sassetta, Saturnia or Venturina terms you can enjoy a warm bath in the natural springs, especially in autumn and winter. All golfers among you will find 4 courses nearby from which you can tee off (Il Pelagone, Punta Ala, Saturnia, Argentario).

For day trips, Siena (approx. 1.5 hours by car) is suitable, a boat trip to the island of Giglio from Porto Santo Stefano. Further south (near Capalbio is the Nikki de Saint Phalle’s Tarot Garden – particularly interesting for all those interested in culture.

Autumn is especially recommended for wine tasting as soon as the harvest has started. Due to the high density of wineries, a new good can be discovered and experienced every day.

The Maremma is a region with almost unlimited possibilities for athletes and connoisseurs with good taste.
