The authentic pool villa is located in a prominent location in Punta Ala and offers its guests a wonderful view of the sea, the fine sandy beach, all the way to Follonica.
The villa extend on two levels. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it offers space for a maximum of 13 guests.

From the covered parking lot in front of the house you can walk through the garden to the entrance of the house.
It is accessed via the open living and dining area, which is spoiled with plenty of natural light due to the floor-to-ceiling window fronts and offers a wonderfully wide view.
On this level there is a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The exit to the garden from the room is particularly pleasant.

The space is completed by the fully equipped kitchen, which also has an exit to the garden. So you can quickly get to the two large terraces with breathtaking sea views.
A staircase takes you to the upper floor with another 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. A special highlight is the master bedroom, which has a balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

Punta Ala

Punta Ala is a well-known seaside resort in the south of Tuscany, attracting guests from around the world who love the beautiful sandy beaches and romantic bays of the area. Particularly characteristic is the village charm, which results from the arrangement of the cottages in the pine forest. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket for your daily needs and on the beaches a rich selection of bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, sailing, horseback riding or surfing. Or rent a boat and explore the nearby coves or the beaches of Elba Island.

To the south you will find the town of Castiglione della Pescaia, only 18 km away and with its lively center and numerous restaurants, as well as excellent beaches, always worth a visit.
