At the entrance of the residence complex you will be greeted by the doorman and chauffeured to your villa. Several parking spaces are available in front of the house. From here, you can access a wide staircase, past the well-kept gardens to the premises on the first floor. A special highlight here are the large windows in the living room, which convey a light-filled sense of space and serve as a gateway to the adjacent terrace with BBQ. A staircase takes you to the premises on the ground floor, with several entrances to the garden. Also on this level, the high window fronts can be found again, which apparently bring nature into the interior.

On foot you will reach the beach where a reserved pavilion awaits you for a relaxing day by the sea.

Castiglione della Pescaia is also known as the “little Switzerland”, and not only because of the excellent quality of the water in the sea, which is regularly awarded top marks. The region

Excursions in the area are a boat trip to the island of Elba. Or an exploration of the National Park of Maremma (in Alberese), which can be reached in about 39 minutes in a southerly direction. The cultural city of Siena can be reached in a 1.5-hour drive. And for all the golfers who pass, there are 2 places nearby. The next terms can be found in Venturina, Saturnia and Sorano. And the former World Champion from Switzerland takes all the cyclists to the most interesting routes in the region.
