Feniglia Beach House

The east-facing terraced house is located directly above the “La Feniglia” beach with direct access. The characteristic interior conveys the atmosphere of a sailing ship. The house extends over three levels and offers space for up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. From the terraces you have a wonderful view of the beach and the sea, as far as Ansedonia and the Lazio region.

From the three parking spaces close to the house, you can take a short path (with a few stairs) to the entrance of the house. On this level, the living space opens up over 2 spacious living rooms with stunning sea views, 2 terraces and a direct access to the beach.

The two terraces are ideal for al fresco dining and enjoying the sweeping views over the sea. A fully equipped kitchen, an inside dining area and a bathroom complete the space on this level.

A narrow staircase takes you to the lower level, which has two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower in addition to a living area, usually used by the kids.

From the middle level, a wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor, which has 3 more bedrooms and two bathrooms ready for you. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. The second a small terrace in the rear area, the other a small balcony with sea views.

The house is ideal for guests who are traveling with the whole family or with friends and acquaintances and appreciate the direct proximity to the sea as well as the proximity to Porto Ercole.
