The country villa is located in a short distance to Capalbio and just 5 minute drive to the beach. Completely renovated in 2024, the villa is rentable from 2025 on. With its 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on a 4.000 sqm large property it can accomodate up to 14 guests.

The property offers 2 buildings. The main one expands on two levels with a living and kitchen area as well as 3 bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor and another bedroom with double bed as well as a cinema on the basement. The “tower room” is equipped with a sleeping sofa for relaxation and space to read a book or just hang out if you need a quiete space for yourself.

The dependance offers additional 3 bedrooms, 2 equipped with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed, therefor space to accomodate 6 guests.

The outside area is characterized by olive trees and well maintained greens and the pool with its dark blue color creates a particular noble atmosphere.

The offer is therefore aimed primarily at families or a small group of friends who are looking for a quiet holiday villa with a pool in the countryside and who at the same time appreciate the proximity to the sea.

Capalbio is located in the extreme south of the Maremma in Tuscany, only about 15 minutes from the sea and about 1.5 hours north of Fiumicino Airport in Rome. The area is characterized by the high quality of service both on the beaches and in town. In the numerous restaurants you will be spoiled with local dishes. Everyone can find their favorite here. The old town of Capalbio has an intact city wall that is accessible and from which you have wonderful wide views of the valley to the sea and the Monte Argentario peninsula. Wander through the narrow streets and you will surely find a surprise or two for yourself or for dear friends at home.

There are world-famous wineries in the area that offer tastings and tours. You will go into raptures.

The famous Tarot Garden by the French artist Niki de Saint Phalle is only 5 minutes away from the villa.
