Beach Villa Le Cannelle

The villa is located directly above and in the first row to the beach “Le Cannelle”, which can be easily reached on foot from the property. The house extends over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The spacious outdoor area is characterized by several terraces and offers plenty of space outdoors for sunbathing, eating and relaxing. Sunny areas alternate with shady spots under the pine trees.

In about 10 minutes by car from Porto Santo Stefano you can reach “Le Cannelle” on the south side of the Monte Argentario peninsula. The covered parking spaces lead to the villa, which welcomes you with a Spanish-style courtyard. The rooms are accessible via the large living room with dining area and large window fronts for wonderful views of the sea. From here you get to the fully equipped kitchen, which, like the living room, has access to the terrace. A bathroom with toilet completes the space on this level.

A staircase takes you to both the basement and the upper floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Both with their own bathroom with shower. On this level you will be pampered with a sun terrace with loungers and a sea view.

In the basement, however, there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One can be reached directly from the living room by stairs and is equipped with a double bed. The other is right next door and can be reached via the terrace. Here you will find a double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has a modern en suite bathroom with shower.

The Villa Le Cannelle is ideal for families with children but also a group of friends who appreciate the close proximity to the sea.

The beach underneeth the house – Mar Morto – is reachable within a walking distance (about 2 minutes). Porto Santo Stefano is reachable within 10 minutes from the villa. Here you find several restaurants and Bars as well as super markets. Ask us for our favorites. We are happy to assist.
