This modern villa was completely renovated in 2022. Located just about 15-minute drive from the airport and the city center of Malaga and about 8 minutes to the beach, it can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms in the main villa and 2 in the dependance. The floor to ceiling windows and the open space floor plan in the main house create a loft-like atmosphere with lots of natural light. The architectural language has been done by an artist, integrating the house harmoniously in its natural setting – something special.

Free of charge parking is available along the road. The property is divided in a main house with 2 floors, the pool and outdoor dining area with BBQ in the center and a dependance with 2 independent rooms with own bath, one on the ground and one on the first floor.

The main villa is characterized by floor to ceiling window fronts that bring in lots of natural light and create an atmosphere where the transition from outside to inside is very fluent. The open space floor plan gives you a very spacious room feeling.

A bathroom with toilet and a work desk completes the facilities on that floor. Through an internal staircase leads you to the upper floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite bath. The rooms on the south side offer great views to the pool area.

There are several niches on the property that invite to sit down, relax or read a book or magazine, so that every guest can find its own space.
