Villa Sbarcatello is located in an exclusive villa district, above the beach “Lo Sbarcatello” with private access, in an exposed location and with breathtaking sea views. The villa is embraced by a wonderful garden landscape with many different, fragrant flowers. The 9 rooms can accommodate up to 18 guests, making the villa one of the largest private houses in the region.

On the ground floor are next to the fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, large living room with open fireplace, a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. A small office is particularly useful at this level so that you can work comfortably if necessary.

On the upper floor there are 3 further bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. All rooms on this level have air conditioning.

Due to the above-average amount of space, the villa is ideal for families with many children and those traveling with grandparents. At the same time, a group of family friends feel like an ideal choice to spend the holiday together in an undisturbed atmosphere and a lot of privacy.

Porto Ercole

Along with Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole is one of the only two places on the Monte Argentario peninsula. You can reach it in just a few minutes by car. Here you will find various aliments, a wide range of good restaurants and bars. The real value of a vacation on Argentario is exploring the most beautiful bays on the island by boat. Maremma

The Maremma, in the south of Tuscany, is known for the excellent water and beach quality, which receives top marks every year. Here, water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions for sailing, diving, snorkeling or surfing. In the hinterland, you can explore the cultural treasures in places such as Suvereto, Massa Marittima, Pitigliano or Sorano. In the Sassetta, Saturnia or Venturina terms you can enjoy a warm bath in the natural springs, especially in autumn and winter. All golfers among you will find 4 courses nearby from which you can tee off (Il Pelagone, Punta Ala, Saturnia, Argentario).

For day trips, Siena (approx. 1.5 hours by car) is suitable, a boat trip to the island of Giglio from Porto Santo Stefano. Further south (near Capalbio is the Nikki de Saint Phalle’s Tarot Garden – particularly interesting for all those interested in culture.

Autumn is especially recommended for wine tasting as soon as the harvest has started. Due to the high density of wineries, a new good can be discovered and experienced every day.

The Maremma is a region with almost unlimited possibilities for athletes and connoisseurs with good taste.
