A large, white wooden gate gives access to the property, where parking spaces are available in front of the house. The rooms of the villa are accessible via the central living room. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the left and right side. The fully equipped kitchen offers access to the covered terrace and thus short, convenient access to the outside. Particularly characteristic are the many, small art details of the owner, which give the cottage its maritime and individual charm.

The garden becomes a symphony of numerous, colorful plants, the shiny white house and the salty scent of the rushing sea. A place of peace and harmony that you will fall in love with upon arrival.
