Villa Morcone

The villa is part of the Villaflair portfolio and can be booked directly on our website. Only about 5 minutes by car south of Capoliveri, on the south side of Elba, it offers the most beautiful sunsets on the island with its own private beach. The property fits harmoniously into the surrounding natural landscape of pine forest and its own vineyard. The main house is divided on two levels into 6 bedrooms, each with it`s own bathroom, as well as a dependance directly on the sea and accomodates up to 12 guests.

When you drive up to the property, you will first be greeted by your own winery, which gradually reveals the terrace view of the villa, the pine forest and the deep blue sea. From the parking lot you can easily get to the main building. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room with an open fireplace and library, a separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a covered terrace with sea views and BBQ.

An internal staircase takes you to the upper floor of the villa, which has 3 more bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (2 of them en suite). The south-facing terraces are particularly pleasant on this level, ideal for undisturbed sunbathing or for a sundowner. A path takes you to your own private beach, which also has an annex with living room, bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. Here every sunset becomes an unforgettable private performance.
