The “Tower” is one of two apartments that have been completely renovated in the ancient villa “Torrevecchia” which dates back to the XVI century and was owned by several aristocratic families.

The “Tower” apartment is on the upper floor and can be reached via a massive, antique staircase made of tufa. With 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The rooms are accessed via the fully equipped and centrally located kitchen. From here you can access both bedrooms. One of them with a particularly large sense of space and an open floor plan. The room is divided into a sleeping area with a king-size double bed and a wonderful view of the garden. Like a living area with TV and a dining table and chairs.
This is followed by the en suite bathroom, which impresses above all with its oval, free-standing designer bathtub.
The other bedroom has two single beds and also offers a beautiful view of the garden on the south side. Bespoke cabinets offer plenty of storage space and the en suite bathroom is fitted with a rain shower.
A separate and exclusive garden is available for undisturbed sunbathing or for al fresco dining. The pool area is accessible to all guests of the villa and is equipped with parasols and sun loungers, as well as a comfortable lounge area.
The apartment is ideal for families with children but also for a small group of up to four friends. The villa is located in th southern part of Tuscany, called Maremma. Characterized by its coastline, untouched nature, first class and world wide know wines and food. There are many vineyards in the region which organize tastings and cellar viewings – the best option to get a real experience of that area.
If you are more sportive, there are possibilities for wind and kite surfing, especially in Tallamone, for diving around Monte Argentario or sailing to one of the close islands like Giglio or Elba.
If you are looking for beaches you can choose from a wide variety, all in a short distance to your house.
