The Exterieur

The exterior is characterized by perfectly maintained greens, olive trees and the mediterrane “macchia” and offers stunning sea views towards the island of Giglio and Elba.

The are different relaxing areas available with sun beds, close to the villa as well as close to the Beach “Cacciarella”, easily accessible with the golf card, including shuttle service. The pavilion close to the beach is equipped with a practical room, a toilet and there is a fridge available for cold drinks.

The estate is fenced and guarded 24/7 for highest security and privacy needs. The several pathways on the property invite you for a pleasant walk to find your personal favorite spot.

The intérieur design is very richly decorated and is reminiscent of the natural landscape of the Maremma.

The Cacciarella bay is directly accessible from the property and perfect to have a sun bath,

of the half island you will be spoiled by sunsets you will remember for the rest of your life.
